Linda Wolin Cohen is an Associated Consultant. She has eleven years of management consulting and line management experience.
Prior to consulting independently, Linda was a Senior Project Director at The Cambridge Group. Her work was focused in the areas of portfolio strategy, brand strategy, product positioning, new product development, channel strategy, acquisition analysis and employee communications/service strategies. She has served clients in the pharmaceutical, food/beverage, automotive, telecommunications and travel industries. She designed and implemented qualitative and quantitative research, both domestically and abroad, to support strategic recommendations. Linda was instrumental in developing The Cambridge Group's methodology for “futuring”.
Linda also has management consulting experience with McKinsey & Company where she assisted clients in the beverage, grocery retail, hotel and transportation industries. Her focus was on marketing/pricing strategy, cost reduction and acquisition analysis.
Linda also has line marketing experience. She served as Vice President of Marketing for a start-up food company specializing in healthy foods for children. In addition, she was in Product Management with Sara Lee Bakery where she managed the retail pie and coffee cake categories.
Linda received her MBA degree from Harvard Business School, earning honors. She completed her undergraduate degree in accounting at the University of Illinois, earning highest honors. Linda has studied in England and Argentina.
